Products and pricing. We try to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but screens vary and errors happen. We may correct errors, change prices, or cancel orders affected by an error, with a full refund for anything cancelled.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. All designs, logos, images, and content on this site belong to Quandry Surf, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

Acceptable use. Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false information.

Disclaimer. The site and products are provided “as is” except as stated in our policies or required by law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
