Refund & Return Policy

Every Quandry piece is made to order just for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us at quandrysurfco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You don’t need to send the item back.

Lost packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out and we’ll help however we can. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can reship it at the customer’s cost.

Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us within [12/24] hours of ordering and we’ll do our best.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Coin rings are handmade and sized to order. If your ring doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days and we’ll resize or remake it once at no charge; you cover return shipping.
